Al Hijrah Soup Kitchen
Al Hijrah Center is proud to offer a soup kitchen to help feed people in need of hot meals.
We understand that times can be tough, especially for seniors and families who may be struggling to make ends meet. That's why our soup kitchen is always free of charge. We believe that no one should have to go hungry, and we are committed to doing our part to help alleviate food insecurity in our community.

Dedicated to Sierra Simone Washington (1994-2020)
We are proud to dedicate our organization, Al Hijrah Center, to Sierra Simone Washington, who passed away in 2020 at the young age of 26. Sierra was a bright, kind-hearted individual who had a passion for helping others.
Sierra's smile lit up a room, and her willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need was infectious. She had a desire to make a difference in the world and was committed to serving her community.
Sierra's dream was to work alongside her sibling in creating a positive impact in the world. We are honored to carry on the work that she wanted to do with us. The Al Hijrah Center is dedicated to creating a better world through our efforts, just as Sierra did during her time with us.
Sierra's memory will always be cherished, and her legacy will live on through the work that we do. We hope that through our efforts, we can continue to honor her values and the impact that she had on those around her.
We miss Sierra dearly and pray that the good works we do here reaches her and be of benefit. We are proud to dedicate our organization to her, and we hope that her legacy will continue to inspire others to make a positive impact in the world.
